athol / Info 1988 Toyota Pickup Rock Crawler Lifted
This is a mix of parts, but is titled as a 1988 toyota pickup. the truck has a regular cab frame with an extra cab body. solid axle conversion with a 1985 toyota front axle. the truck has 4.10 gears with a welded rear chuck. up front the truck has crossover steering and rides on 5 inch skyjacker soft ride springs with new 14 inch travel bilstein shocks, the front driveshaft is custom made with square tube for long travel slip. out back is a pair of new 8 inch chevy superlift spring with the main leaf swapped out for a ford explorer leaf which make the spring longer for super flex and 12 inch travel rancho shocks and home made revolver shackles, the truck features a marlin dual transfer case for super low gearing and is held up by a custom crossmember. the truck also has a 3 inch body lift for a total of 12 inches of lift. the toyota rides on 38.5 tall by 16 inch wide TSL swampers on new 15 by 10 d window steel wheels that are about 50 to 60 percent tread left, the carpet was pulled and the floor was coated with grey rustoleum paint and the rest of the truck is coated with black duplicolor bedliner, the whole truck was built last summer with many new parts including the windshield starter clutch exhuast, the truck is completely rust free but has a few small dings nothing major. looking to trade for a sport bike or 4200 obo |
