Sorry My Hand has a Cramp in it and I’m tired of typing the Summit Racing Equipment Receipts up. There is a total of 30 more receipts for the Motor, Interior, and transmission that add up to $3,443.26. They will be provided to the winning bidder nicely organized by date in the binder pictured. Motor only has 2,347 Miles on it since complete rebuild! Exhaust System: Complete exhaust system from the NWOR headers back to the exhaust tips shown in the pictures. Has one Flowmaster muffler with two inlets and two outlets. Does not have two mufflers. One muffler actually provided more power for the truck and it would be illegal to install two mufflers on the truck since it didn’t come from the factory with two mufflers. You can only legally install two mufflers on a vehicle in the state of Oregon if it came with two from the factory. Two and a half aluminized pipe from the headers all the way to the back. Has a brand new Catalytic Converter (Very Expensive). Exhaust has brand new everything from the NWOR Headers to the Aluminized two and a half inch pipe to the Catalytic Converter to the Flowmaster Muffler to the two three inch tips that are nicely tucked underneath the bumper. The exhaust sounds really good and is super loud at all. The tips are a good size for the exhaust and aren’t obnoxious large and ugly. I didn’t want the exhaust super loud for two reasons. 1. Loud exhaust systems attract cops and they will pull you over and write you a ticket. If you are merging onto a freeway the people around you will definitely be able to tell that there is a lot of horsepower under the hood of the truck. Don’t worry the exhaust isn’t wimpy either……it is just perfect. 2. Second the motor sounds so good that I wouldn’t want some obnoxiously loud muffler drowning out the great sound coming from under the hood. Receipt will be provided to the winning bidder to prove that $925.00 was paid for the exhaust parts and installation. The Catalytic Converter Limited Warranty & Registration slip will also be provided for the winning bidder. All the exhaust parts and installation came out to $925.00. Chevy Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission & NP-205 Transfer Case: Bought a 4x4 Turbo 350 Automatic Transmission and had it completely rebuilt at a local transmission shop in town. At the same time I brought them the Np-205 Transfer Case that went with the Transmission. I had the Np-205 transfer case completely resealed with new gaskets since it didn’t need to be rebuilt it was in great shape. The Turbo 350 transmission was completely overhauled and got new everything put into it. A receipt will be provided to the winning bidder, it is neatly organized with the other receipts in the binder. The shop that did the work was Transmission Solutions Inc. a local shop that specializes in rebuilding transmissions and transfer cases. The total bill for resealing the transfer case and rebuilding the automatic transmission was $1089.00. Automatic Transmission Cooler & Lines: Had Transmission Solutions Inc. also install an automatic transmission cooler behind the grill of the truck. They ran all the lines from the transmission to the cooler and mounted the cooler behind the grill. They did a great job providing and installing the cooler. The total cost for the automatic transmission cooler and installation with running all the lines was $400.00. Custom Toyota/Chevy Hybrid Drive Lines: The drive lines are a custom hybrid drive line made by a local drive line company. I gave them my old Toyota drive lines to rebuild and make them work with Chevy drive train to Toyota Running gear. They completely rebuilt the drive lines and strengthened them up quite a bit. They added Chevy fittings to one end of each drive line so they would bolt back up to the Toyota axle, but then fit to the Chevy Transmission and transfer case. Receipt will be provided to winning bidder and is nicely organized with the rest. Total Cost for rebuilding drive line and balancing was $520.68. Toyota Axles: Bought from NWOR a complete rebuild kit for the front and rear axles with Richmond 5:29 gears. It included the 5:29 Ring and Pinion and a complete kit to rebuild the third member and necessary parts for installation. Receipt will be provided to the winning bidder with the rest in the binder to prove the parts were bought for the dollar amount stated and that they are genuine Richmond gears purchased from North West Off-Road (Which specializes in Toyota Parts.) The cost on the complete rebuild kit for the front and rear axle was $780.86. Had a local shop in town called Kaiser Brake & Alignment Inc. install the 5:29 gear set in the truck. They specialize in 4x4 and axle rebuilding, so they were a perfect shop to do they work. Receipt will be provided to the winning bidder with the rest in the Receipt binder. Complete installation of the 5:29 gears in the front and rear differential was $543.60. If you were going to be driving the truck on the freeway a lot you might want to install different gears that were a higher ratio like the factory 4:11 or lower for better fuel economy. I usually only drive in town so the truck got good fuel economy for a Chevy 383 Stroker Motor. Rear ring gear got a chip in a tooth and chewed up the ring gear and the pinion head. So I had to bring the truck back to Kaiser Brake & Alignment Inc. and have them rebuild the rear differential of the truck again. Brand New Yukon 5:29 Ring gear and Pinion, brand new carrier bearing, and the rear differential was completely rebuilt and cleaned. Receipt will be provided to the winning bidder with the rest in the Receipt binder. The total cost for the complete rebuild with ring gear, pinion and carrier bearing was $862.77. Bumpers: Front Bumper is the original factory bumper that came on the truck. The rear bumper is a very nice dual Smitty Built Bumper ordered from North West Off-Road. The bumper has the brackets that make the bumper snug up against the back of the truck due to the 3 inch body lift. If it didn’t have the brackets the bumper would sit three inches lower and look very funny. I’m sure we have all seen those trucks with three to four inch body lifts that have a bumper that hangs very low and looks terrible. Receipt will be provided with all the rest. Total Cost on bumper $334.92. The bumper was originally powder coated black, so to make it match the Chrome Nerf Bars. I took it down and had it sand blasted and chrome dipped. Receipt will be provided to winning bidder. Sand Blasting and Powder Coating was $400.00. Body Lift: Truck has a three inch body lift on it. The fenders all have the flaps that cover up any gap that the body lift created. Lots of time the motor is more exposed and visible and same for under the bed. These flaps get rid of any view of the motor or bed and provide a very clean look. The rear bumper has been moved up three inches to accommodate for the body lift. So from the rear you can’t even tell it has a body lift. The Chrome Nerf Bars were professionally installed by a friend of mine and he took into account the body lift and accommodate for the body lift. There are in the proper place as if the truck had no Body Lift. The metal spacers that go between the frame rails under the bed and the inside of the bed need to be welded in. I have the metal spacers they just need to be welded in. They should be installed if you are going to haul anything heavy in the bed. The metal spacers prevent the center of the bed from sagging due to the bed not resting on the frame rail stops. It is very hard to tell the truck even has a body lift from the pictures. Everything has been done to conceal that the truck has a body lift and it absolutely looks great as you can tell from the pictures. The brake lines were extended all the way around the truck with Stainless Steel Braided Break Lines. I believe it was about $200.00 for the set of 4 break lines. I recently have moved and I might have lost that receipt for them. I bought them from NWOR and maybe I can try to get a copy of my receipt. Suspension: Front Suspension: Truck has a 4 inch Trailmaster suspension lift on the front end of the truck. It has Rancho torsion bars in the front of the truck that are much larger and stronger than the stock ones. The Rancho torsion bars are bright red and are about twice as thick as the stock ones. The Rancho Torsion Bars are tightened up to give the truck an extra 2 inches of lift in the front end for a total of 6 Inches of lift in the front. All the 4 Inch Trailmaster Suspension parts when I first got them were bright red/orange, a color that kind of used to be their trademark color. I took the suspension parts done to the Sand Blasters and Powder Coaters and had them strip all the paint off the Suspension parts. Then I had them Powder Coat all the parts Black, to match the factory color on the rest of the suspension parts. The Powder Coated Black Suspension parts look great under the truck, and it would have looked funny had I keep them the Trailmaster red/orange. Receipt will be provided with all the rest of them. The Sand Blasting and Powder Coating came to a total of $150.00. Rear Suspension: The rear of the truck has a Trailmaster 4 Inch Suspension Lift with a two inch add-a-leaf to provide an additional two inches of lift in the rear of the truck. The rear of the truck has 6 Inches of Suspension lift on it total, making the Truck sit nice and level. Unlike other lifted trucks that you always see sagging in the backend. I took the factory rear leaf springs down to the local Sand Blasting and Powder Coating shop and got each leaf spring individually sand blasted and powder coated black. The leaf springs looked great and then we reassembled them back together. Receipt will be provided for the Sand Blasting and Powder Coating. Total Cost on Sand Blasting and Powder was $150.00. Installation of Trailmaster Suspension lift on Truck at a local 4x4 shop. Receipt will be provided to winning bidder. Shop that installed the lift was Precision Four Wheel at a cost of $551.40. Interior: Interior has B&M Ratchet Racing Shifter and a custom shifter and housing built for the transfer case. I stripped the whole interior out and had the whole inside of the cab sanded and sprayed with the bed line Arma Coating. The bed line goes all the way up the walls in the cab of the truck. Please see shot of the in-cab roll cage and you can see the visible bed liner on the inside of the cab. Very nice original factory carpet that is barely worn. Custom Mounted a 5 Inch tachometer in the actual original instrument cluster that looks really trick. You can even adjust the tachometer light from outside the instrument cluster and you would swear that is how the instrument cluster came from the factory. Custom Aluminum Kirkey Drag Race Seats. Aluminum brackets have been welded on to sliders so you can slide the seat back and forth. The seats are not permanently welded to the floor or stuck in one spot. The covers on the seats are very nice Kirkey Seat covers that make the interior really look nice. Simpson Racing 5 Point Harness Seat Belt System in the trucks to keep you nice and secure. Only 4 points of the 5 points are installed. The belt that comes from the floor between your legs has not been installed. Just the shoulder straps and the lap straps. The seats and seat belts give the truck a real race car feel and are feel needed with the horsepower this truck has. Interior Roll Cage: The cab of the truck has a complete roll cage built into it. This was not a cheesy bolt together kit. This in cab roll cage was built by one of the best welders in Oregon. The front half has been powder coated black and the back half was built in the truck and not removable unless cut apart. The back half has been sprayed black with paint and then cleared on top of that. If I didn’t tell you it was painted you would probably mistake it for powder coating like the front half. The two halves are connected with a sleeve and then bolted together. The roll cage absolutely looks fabulous and it is one of my favorite parts of the truck. Winning bidder will be provided with receipt for the fabrication and installation of the roll cage. Cost on the fabrication alone, not including powder coating for the roll cage was $800.00. Stereo System: The stereo systems features a Sony CD Player with flip down face to load in a CD, giving you a large viewing area on the actual CD Player. The CD player is detachable face and can be hooked up to a CD changer. The doors have 5 inch Eclipse speakers in them professionally installed and the back of the truck has 6 by 9 Inch Eclipse speakers in professionally made boxes. The stereo system sounds really, really good, very clear sounding. If you have ever heard eclipse speakers you know what I’m talking about, they are Awesome! Tires & Wheels: Tires are Les Schwab’s Wild Country TRX Traction Tire, the size is 35 Inches tall by 12.5 Inches wide. The tires have about 75 read and I constantly rotate them to promote good and equal wear on the tires. Receipt will be provided to winning bidder. Tires alone without mounting and balancing came out to $588.64. The Wheels are Aluminum and have a nice hole pattern in them. I believe they were put out by a company called AE. The size of the aluminum wheels are 15 by 8. Receipt will be provided to the winning bidder for the wheels. The total cost on the 4 Aluminum wheels was $374.92. Gas Mileage: Gas Mileage ranges depending on if you are driving on the highway or in the city. Gas Mileage ranges from about ten to twelve miles to the gallon and I believe a couple of times I got fifteen miles to the gallons. If you install a fuel regulator that regulated the gas pressure at idle to 4 p.s.i. instead of 6 p.s.i., it would help save on gas. Also I think the truck would benefit from a fuel pressure of 4 psi at idle instead of 6. 4 psi would keep the truck from loading up the carburetor when it sits and idles for a long period of time. It really doesn’t load up at all, but you probably would get better throttle response right off from idle with 4 psi. I’m one of those types that want everything perfect and if it isn’t I will change it to make it that way. 6 psi is just fine, I believe it might help save on gas if it was regulated to 4 psi, since there is no need to waste extra fuel. Paint: The paint on the truck is the original and it does look really good for how old the truck is. Check out the pictures and how much reflection comes off the paint. There is minor scratches here and there on the truck since the truck is an 1988. I believe the paint is in excellent shape for the age, most Toyotas around this body style have fading or peeling paint, not on this truck. This is no major or minor dents at all either. I think there might be two very slight door dings on the truck from careless people. The valence beneath the front bumper does have a slight crease in it that isn’t very noticeable. Under the hood there is some surface rust right above where the battery sits on the under side of the hood. Battery acid it looks like had been leaking long ago and ate the paint away and caused it to rust. It is just surface rust and it easily can be sanded and painted over. Extra Parts: Fel Pro Rear Main Seal Gaskets. The original one that was bought and put in the truck was bad from the factory that produced it. It leaks a very small amount of oil, so I purchased a new one to install but haven’t had time. Blue Vacuum Hose. The Vacuum hose can be ran from the PVC spot on the carburetor to the breather, and any other spots on the motor that have vacuum lines. I thought the blue might add a nice touch under the hood. Carburetor Spacer for the Holley Carburetor that has a PVC inlet/outlet to hook up to the Breather in the Valve Cover. You will want to install this I just haven’t had time since I moved. Breather for Valve Cover that has a hook up for the PVC Valve. Breather is polished aluminum that absolutely looks great under the hood. MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Wires. Currently has the 8mm MSD spark plug wires on the truck right now. Wanted to upgrade to a little larger wire since the truck has such a nice ignition system on it. The new owner can either install or sell them on eBay to get money for them. Fel-Pro Oil Pain Gasket: Oil Pan gasket for when the rear main seal gets changed. Usually the oil pan gasket is not salvageable so I purchased a new one to ensure no leaks. Chrome Flywheel Dust Cover. Truck doesn’t have one currently installed, this nice shiny chrome one will look great once installed. K&N Outer Filter Wrap that goes around the current K&N Filter on the motor, ensuring that no dirt or debris gets into the motor. . CALL 559-210-4004
