Taylor / Info 1995 Coleman Stony Creek Popup Camper
This is a Coleman Fleetwood "Stony Creek" popup camper. The camper has been garaged since new. It has a 12-foot box that opens up to about 24 feet. We have used it a total of 6 times to Maumee State Park in Ohio, which is about 60 miles from our home so the camper has low mileage. There are four stabilizer jacks underneath that are tucked away under the camper. Both the previous owners and myself were non-smokers. There is a sink cover/cutting board. The canvas is in excellent condition with no mold, rips or tears, all of the zippers work fine. The awning has been used twice and is in excellent shape. There is a 15 foot section of artificial grass that goes under the awning. It will comfortably sleep as many as seven at one time. There are some minor "dings" not scratches, on the side of the camper but they are hardly noticeable. The roof has some dings in it but is obviously not noticeable when it is cranked up. The roof does not leak at all. We have been in some pretty bad rainstorms and it stays bone dry inside. The three-burner stove can be moved to the outside for cooking as well. It has a sofa and kitchen table that also turns into beds. There is storage underneath the sink and sofa and dinette and there is also enough room for luggage, chairs, blankets and food while traveling. Just pack your food and clothes and go!! The tires and spare are in great shape. The interior is in excellent shape with no rips or tears in the cushions. I added a microwave below the sink and had a new Coleman Mach A/C unit installed on the roof by the Coleman dealer in spring of 03'. The A/C is the larger unit that normally goes on the bigger rv's and blows ice cold. We have been in some pretty rough heat and the A/C keeps up well. The camper has a 30-amp hookup. There is a rack on the rear bumper that holds a huge polar cooler that goes with the popup. There is a Sears refrigerator bought in 02’ that works great, as well as an icebox. There is no DC battery power but it could be added on if you like. There is no furnace either but this could be added on also, we never needed it because we always camped in the summer. There is a newer 20# propane tank on the front. Coleman’s are one of the easiest popups to crank up and down and it works fine. All the lights work and it tows great, you wouldn’t even know it is behind you. I pulled it with a V6 with no problem. The camper needs nothing and the paint is still very shiny from being garage kept. The only reason I am selling her is I bought a truck and it is time for a bigger trailer. I haven’t opened it up yet this spring but I will soon and can send more pics for a serious buyer. This camper is ready to go, needs nothing. I would consider trades for a travel trailer.
