This is a beautiful, spacious trailer in excellent condition.
Is has not been used very much, kitchen stove has never been used, neither has the shower/tub.
It is 40' long, with triple axles and 16" tires.
It has 2 large heaters, 2 AC units, carpet thruout with oak floors in kitchen.
I t has washer/dryere hookups, and set up for generator.
Two TV's, 3 stereos. In guest room has bunk beds and extra storage and desk.
Awning has never been used.
Includes tire covers, full heated basement for storage.
Trailer has electric leveling.
I have a one ton Ford Dually and have never had any problems pulling the trailer.
Although 4 years old, the trailer is in "MINT" condition and a
real bargain for any buyer.
