Jayco, full size refrig. new furnace, all windows crank out and tight. 4 burner stove, and oven. cold roof air, 3 rear bunks, with a dresser & closet, then a privacy door, then a queen bed, with a dresser & double closet, and two over head storage doors, then a privacy door, then a bathroom, toilet, with new mechanical parts, and seal, stand up shower(I am 6ft. works out good) then dinette table, folds into bed, would sleep 2, double sink, then a couch, folds into bed, would sleep 2, total sleeps 3 couples,(bunks) 3 kids, adults. I bought at tom raper, I think previous owners were old people that took good care of, all curtains, and tie backs are there no tears no tears in seats, has fresh waer holding tank, has waste water holding tank, all lights work, newer tires, microwave, sweeper. FLAWS: has 2 propane tanks, old style the place by me wont fill them, has a awning, got caught in last year storm, needs some parts, awning fine itself though, had prior water damage in rear, but not real bad and no trouble with it myself, and the hot water tank leaks at a seam will need replaced, can replace with a electric 4 gal for around 175.00, have plans to fix water heater, and awning, but would reduce price 500.00, for as is | |||
