This trailer has partial roof damage. There is a small tear in the rubber roof. There was minimal leakage in the trailer, but needs repair in the ceiling above the bunk beds, that was caught before it did any more damage. The remaning portion of the trailer is in good condition. It has Oak cabinets, central heat and air.
It has been parked on a lot at a campground since it was brand new. The only road miles it has seen is for delivery (maybe 100).
We are getting out of camping this year and are not going to be repairing it. Great trailer for a handyman or hunter who is looking for a trailer to put on some land with a roof over it.
