My grandmother has only owned this RV for 2-3 years now and maybe used it a total of 6 times. It was always kept under an awning and serviced regularly. There have never been any leaks either. She just had recent A/C and fridge work done as well. The unit has fridge freezer combo (2door), roof AC, 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed, and two twin beds, propane heat, stove, . I have "Certificate of Origin" in hand, which is basically an ATV title. Here are some pics. You can see there are some light scratches on the front fender. The tire pics shows just how new it is. These pictures were taken this week. It comes with the Tamarack front box, which is angled for visibility for where you are going.
