| birmingham - Subaru Sambar 4x4 Mini Truck (Chelsea/Pelham) $5500 2008-09-18 Hi! I have a used Subaru mini truck that I bought last July for hunting. Selling because I'm not in the same club this year and just don't need it. I believe it's a 1993 model, haven't been able to find original paper work yet but will. :( It is in VERY good physical and mechanical condition and only has 74K miles. (119K kilometers) Starts first crank, runs like a top, it's VERY QUIET which is nice in the woods. (can't even tell if engine is running in the cab sometimes) All fluids, plugs, filters were new when I bought it last July. Heat, lights, blinkers, gauges all work great, no AC. Has new roll-in bed liner, new black aluminum diamond plate tool box and new black powder coated ITP aluminum wheels with Ag lug style tires. No lift kit. Tires are fine with no lift and only rub a little at full lock right or left. If you're not familiar with the different brands of mini trucks, the Subaru and Honda are highly sought after due to their rear engine design. It puts most of the weight over the rear wheels so that 4WD is hardly ever required. Truck has some small scratches that could have been touched up better. But I looked at a lot of these, and this was BY FAR the cleanest and nicest one. It is NOT a beat up piece of junk that's been painted over to hide the flaws. You'll see exactly what you're buying! It has NO major dents and NO rust. (Other than maybe some small surface spots from being outside at club) Only minor negatives are the driver seat cover is torn, the side mirror plastic ball joints are cracked so the mirrors won't stay in position for very long, and the AM radio only works sporadically. That's it. Hop in, fill up and take it to the club with no worries. (And it gets GREAT mileage too! Used less than 2 tanks all season!!) I will be happy to show it or try to give more details to serious buyers, just send me an email and I'll get right back to you...
