We are selling our clean 87' Itasca Phasar RV, this little gem gets a very dependable 17 MPG, it's taken us everywhere we've wanted to go, including some steep grades on the coast (15%) and some pretty hairy gravel roads on Mt. Adams. We have spent months in this RV and loved every bit of it. I've done everything in my power to make this RV run it's best and we are borderline crazy about its maintinence. We hate the thought of selling it but we need the proceeds to start a refirb on a Landcruiser we plan to drive to South America.

*CD/MP3/Memory card/AUX with good speakers (we would watch movies in back with a cord from our laptop to the stereo for great surround sound)

*Repair manuals and much more
What could use some work:
*the driving a/c needs to be charged, started the conversion from R12 to the less toxic R134 freon, I installed a rebuilt A/C pump, new gaskets and filter dryer system just needs to be vacuum checked and charged (about $100 at an A/C shop)
*The speedometer doesn't work so the cruise control only works at whatever speed the needle is reading
*The overhead cabin A/C unit needs a new compressor (fan still works at two speeds and all wiring is good, a new compressor is about $300)
This RV needs a good home where it will be used and enjoyed often. It is ready to go, just add yourself, some blankets, and some clothes. If you know alot about land cruisers fj60 and have tools to help with rebuild I would be open to partial trade, or if you have a land cruiser fj60 or above I would be willing to consider a trade. Summary:
The drive train is strong and this vehicle starts first crank every time.
It is very powerful, has great low end torque and has great towing capabilities.
It handles well on the freeway, no pulls or slop.
I drove it 75 mph on the flat. 45-55 up hills
Unit is pretty clean and some tlc work could be done to make it nicer.
I have most of the records, receipts, (Gen set, & Refer) & clean title, current registration.
Tons of storage, would be an ideal candidate for cooking oil or multi-fuel use.
