- 1999 Arctic Fox - Handicap Access (Red Bluff) $5499
1999 Arctic Fox Trailer 22 feet long. This trailer is adapted for a person in a wheelchair or walker. There is an electric lift (plus the regular steps) for access if a person can not handle steps. This lift was $2800 three years ago and works excellently. The kitchen dining table is also adapted to allow use of a wheelchair or a seperate chair. The 'booth' has been removed and replaced with a simple attached table to provide more room and free movement. There is a grab bar in the bathroom for using the toilet. Set up for dry camping or use in an RV park with hook-ups. An inverter (converst battery DC power to regular AC power) has been installed to provide AC current for a computer, lamp, TV, or other small power user for a period of time. It is also set up for using a solar panel for charging the battery . I have also installed an accumulator (pressureized waterline device) to eliminate normal cavitation and water pump noise when dry camping. The couches fold into either two large single bedswith an aisle between or a Queen size bed. Everything including the Air Conditioner and awning is in good condition and works fine. Arctic Fox Trailers are specially insulated to make camping in cold or hot temperatures more comfortable and economical. There are many big windows and good light. The main salon and bathroom both have a significant amount of storage for a trailer of this size. Refridgerator (works on electric or propane) and propane stove and oven work with no problems. It does not have a galley, but one could be added easily. It is wired for electric and has a battery the battery was replaced 11/2/2009). It has 6 inside lights and 3 outlets. The trailer has 2 locking side doors and a locking rear hatch. The sleeping area is 46 inches wide by 81 inches long.

The only thing that needs to be done this year is to give it a fresh coat of urethane which we have done each year since it was built. It has been kept under a car cover as well as under a metal shed it's whole life. The tires are in great shape.

This is a very nice camper, great for towing as it is just 8.5' so no need for a stinger. Best for long bed 3/4 ton, extended cab. Queen bed with many cupboards, 2 shirt closets, 3 way fridge, stove top and oven with fan above. Inside and outside shower. Table area also folds into bed and the above cabinets fold down too with matress inside cupboard. Everything works well. All manuals are there also. This is a great price!
Power jacks makes it easy to load/unload.It does not have air but IS wired for it if you choose to add. It also comes with folding stairs. A real nice camper for the money and well laid out. It does not leak, there are a few cosmetic issues outside but nothing structural... The repairs were made before we purchased the camper. I am looking to replace the camper with a motorhome, 18 to 23' must have big enough engine for towing, clean, non smoking.
