You will have a fantastic time travelling in this 2008 37' Forest River Sandstorm Camper which was purchased with a 4 year warranty (retail value $1,999). The camper can sleep up to 10 people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, the sofa has a queen size hide-a-bed, the dining area can be turned into a sleeping area along with the two queen beds in the toy hauler portion of the camper.

The toy hauler (garage) will hold numerous "toys" and will convert into a comfortable private room with two queen beds, carpet and a separate entrance. There is an extra door to the living area that can be closed for privacy.

The camper has two slides which increases the bedroom size and the living area.

The exterior of the camper has a huge race-like black and white checkered awning along with exterior stereo speakers and lights.

The spacious kitchen has double sinks, beautiful hardwood cabinets with loads of storage, a microwave oven, stove with three burners and a never been used oven. Above the stove is a hood with a fan and light. The refrigerator is huge with many shelves and vegetable drawers and the freezer will also hold a load of food and ice.

The living area has a nice 19" tv with a built-in DVD player. There is also a great stereo system which can play CDs, has an Ipod cradle and the Clarion sound system will pipe the music inside, outside or both inside and outside. Another nice feature of this camper is the ceiling fan located in the center of the living area.

The comfortable bedroom has mirrored closet doors to hold many clothes along with drawers and cabinets for more storage. Also in the bedroom is another tv with a DVD player built-in and the second air conditioner.

The bathroom contains the toilet and tub/shower with a shower curtain - no glass door which could shatter! Outside the bathroom is the bathroom sink with medicine cabinet above for storage and storage cabinet underneath.

This beautiful camper has only been used a handful of times by NON-SMOKERS and we have been the only owner.

1985 Western (made by Ez-Go) was lifted and engine rebuild by specialist in Sun City about 4 years ago. 1 cylinder, 2 cycle gas engine runs well, just serviced. Licensed for the road but goes off road or on the beach too. Upholstery done and vinyl enclosure for the chilly weather in 2007. Used very little. Pics are from 2007. There is now some fiberglass and bumper damage on passenger side not in pics: that is the reason for the low price. .Just bought a newer cart and this one needs to go. $1250 obo. 2000 pop up Rockwood Premier A/C *Heat* and a* Bathroom* (91st Ave and Thomas ) $4500
This is a 2000 Rockwood Premier pop up camper it has a 15ft box and when fully popped up it is 23ft. it has A/C and heat all in great working condition the heat is on a thermostat. There is a shower / bathroom inside the camper there is also an outside shower. The stove is made to be used inside or outside. It sleeps 5 adults comfortably more if a few are kids :) there is one king bed and one queen bed the kitchen table folds down and the couch makes into a twin. The heat and fridge run off propane and will work with or without hook ups. The only thing you truly need hook ups for is the A/C. everything else runs off the battery and the propane. '07 Can-Am DS250 (Gilbert, AZ) $3000
2007 Bombardier/CAN-AM DS250. Quad is in excellent shape, has approximately 12 trips to the dunes on it. Serviced regularly by a certified mechanic.

Add-ons: FMF Powercore 4 Slip-On Exhaust, Alba Carbon Fiber Billet Thumb Throttle, CAN-AM Factory Nerf Bars, Douglas .190 Wheels all around, Rear Kenda Gecko Sand Paddles and I'll throw in a used set of rear Kenda Trakker Sand Paddles on Douglas .160 Wheels. The Original rear Kenda tires have few hours on them and the front tires were used primarily at the dunes.

The Suspension, Steering Stem and Swing Arm are stock, all other parts on this quad have received an upgrade with an Aftermarket part. I have a full set of ITP Sand Star tires and the Original set of tires to be sold with the quad.

Selling quad as I had lower back surgery in August 2009 and will undergo left shoulder surgery in December 2009.
