RV needs to be in mechanically sound condition with major appliances working or near working. I'm not as concerned about the appearance or age as much as the vehicle running properly. I have the ability to fix most minor interior problems and past water damage doesn't scare me. I believe I'm realistic about what is available and I'm not looking for anything perfect.
I'm open to discussing anything but would prefer the following:
Smaller to larger, 12-plus miles per gallon, interior smell accepting to my wife (hard to describe), fully self-contained, confidence it will travel.

This vehicle is in good shape and will travel anywhere. The interior is in good shape and clean with wear on some of the leather. Only 2 exterior blemishes (see pictures). Mechanics work properly except one setting on auto seat control and the wipers stopped working the other day (might have them fixed). The air suspension runs more than it should, but everyone I've showed it to says to leave it alone. The specs are below and what I used on Kelly Blue Book for the value.
