1997/1998 Fleetwood Avion Fifth Wheel, Model 34 5D, 2 slideouts, very well kept, one owner, non-smoking, no children, shoes removed at door most of the time. Entry and kitchen area have hardwood flooring, living room and dining room have tan carpet, bathroom area is linoleum, and bedroom has same tan colored carpet as living and dining area. This unit has a rear living room area, middle area is kitchen and dining room, up one level is bathroom area, up one more level is bedroom. The fabric covered ceiling and increased height provide great headroom and sound absorption. There are large tinted windows throughout the living room and dining room area. There is a small window in the kitchen area.
The living room area has an L-shaped couch at the back of unit with two matching recliners in the slideout. The entertainment system includes a 27 RCA television housed in a solid hardwood cabinet. It is the old style TV, but works very well with cable or satellite. The entertainment system also includes a VCR and compact stereo system with CD changer, dual cassette and AM/FM stereo with remotes. Speakers are located throughout the unit. This unit is satellite ready with roof-mounted folding dish installed.
The kitchen area includes a General Electric Space Saver microwave, a Dometic refrigerator/freezer, a Magic Chef gas range and oven, a double porcelain sink with two cutting boards, a single lever faucet, a Hydro Life water filter with dispenser, a ceiling fan and lots of oak cabinet space. Dupont Corian counter tops with sufficient counter space. The dining table seats four very comfortably when using the leaf. There are four matching chairs with the dining table. All appliances are in perfect working order.
The bathroom area has a shower with sliding door enclosure, toilet, one small window, Corian lavatory top with china sink, a generous mirrored medicine cabinet, overhead makeup lighting, and undersink storage. A Fantastic vent is included for maximum ventilation. There is linoleum flooring throughout the bathroom area. There is a door to the shower/toilet area which can be completely closed for privacy.
The bedroom features the Restonic leverspring mattress in 80 residential length. The mattress platform raises to provide lots of storage underneath it. The full face frame cabinets of quality solid oak include raised panel doors. There is a sliding mirrored wardrobe. The designer bedspread and pillow shams are highlighted by decorator lighting. There is ample storage space in the bedroom cabinets and drawers as well as in the wardrobe area which includes shelving at one end. The bedroom also includes a mirrored dressing table with adequate storage for makeup, jewelry, etc. Above the dressing table is an overhead 13 color TV. It is the old style TV, but a converter box has been added in case satellite or cable is not available. A second air conditioner has been installed in the bedroom. Day/night shades cover both windows in the bedroom. There is also an accordion style door than can be pulled across the bedroom entry for more privacy.
The refrigerator, 10-gallon water heater, and 35,000 btu furnace have automatic electronic ignition. Air conditioning is a 15,000 btu ducted unit and a 13,500 btu high efficiency unit in the bedroom.
Exterior features include a 19 patio awning (A&E Elite 9000), awnings on both slideouts, and bedroom window. All have premium aluminum clamshell type enclosures. Underneath unit is a large storage area with pass through. There is an outside shower, waste tank flush and rinse connection, water heater bypass valve, low point drains, etc.

On board generator is a Honda EV 6000 RV generator 6 kw. liquid cooled, electric start (inside or @ genset).

The truck is a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 quad cab with long bed. (Dodge boys know that the 2005/2006 models are the most desirable.) The Cummins turbo diesel is rated at 325 hp.
