We have used it to camp at motorcycle rallies, 4-wheeler Trips, Hunting Expeditions and Lake outings. We have slept as many as 7 with plenty of sleeping room. I can put 2 Harleys in the back with one of them being an Ultra Classic. I can put two 4-wheelers in the back. If you have a super-sized 4x4 4-wheeler, Rhino or Golf-cart only one will fit. You can store more stuff in this camper than you want to unload. Can be pulled with almost any Truck or SUV with the hitch that comes with the trailer. The Hitching system by itself was High priced but makes towing a dream, this is a throw in Item not to be over looked. The Camper has trailer Brakes installed and the tires are in great shape. If you are looking for a smaller sized toy hauler that you can take hunting and to the woods (where the roads are not paved and the limbs hang low) this is the one for you. I am selling because the kids are grown and going to college and dad is having to pay, no really we just do not use it enough for it to sit and waist because of our lack of time. I've been riding it every day so it is ready to go. Aboslutely no joyrides or tire kickers. If needed, I could be paid in two payments of $500, in a very short time frame. '00 Haulmark Edge 40' Trailer with Living Quarters. Trailer has 1' of added height. Garage area is 21'-3", the rest is living quarters space. This unit has a custom SHOWTIME CONVERSION. All cabinets are solid oak, no partical board or laminate here. LQ has the following: Queen size bed in gooseneck area, TV cabinet, am/fm radio, sink, two burner stove, microwave/vent hood combo unit, full size RV fridge, and 1/2 size dinette booth (seats 2). Has full bathroom with separate toilet and shower area, vanity, medicine cabinet and large storage closet. A/C and heat. All appliances work, very cold a/c, very hot heater. Has 6 gal. DSI water heater, fresh, gray and black water tanks w/gauges that work.

GOODS: This trailer was a custom build out job - it has top of the line interior finishes in the living quarters, as well as the cabinetry in the garage. Had all options available for it's time. Trailer has been garage kept, is very clean and in exceptionally well condition. It's very well insulated. Tires are 90% or better. We bought the trailer last year and the previous owner has just replaced one tire, we replaced the other 5 this year. Wheels are aluminum, trailer has tons of aluminum trim and has a diamondplate rock guard on the front. Trailer has an offset hitch, which allows completely level towing. Trailer tows straight and smooth - we left a crock pot on the tabletop two weeks ago and made a 200 mile trip and it never moved!
BADS: When we bought the trailer, there was a minor roof leak around the a/c unit. We removed the unit, there was no sealing gasket up there. We sealed it, put the a/c back on, recoated the entire roof with rubberized roof coating and the roof has never leaked again. There are a few visible water marks in the headliner, but it is not major and the roof is solid - you can walk on it with no problems.
While putting the trailer into the storage unit, we caught the back awning pole. It folded up and scraped into the side of the trailer. It put a 12" gash in the last 2' section of sheetmetal on the trailer. We have replaced the awning pole, the awning works 100%. We have not replaced the 2' piece of sheetmetal. The gash is in the metal only and did not go through to the plywood walls inside. We spoke to a guy that repairs trailers and he said it's a very easy fix, because it's the last piece of metal on the back of the trailer. Just remove some screws, pull out the metal and put a new piece in and screw it down. We both have been travelling alot with our jobs and haven't had the time to fix it. NADA value on this trailer is at about $24,000 - taking into consideration the couple of 'bads', we are offering it for $19000.
