(sonora) $5500 2008-09-26 I have had this bike for over a year and am the third owner, i ride it 3 or moretimes a week and baby it. the second owner was a good friend of mine and purchased new fairings and rode it flawlessly the whole time he owned it. i purchased the bike and painted a new set of fairings, and the tank, with a true fire effect. i recently installed vortex sprockets (+3 rear and -1 front) and an EK gold chain (520 instead of 530) for quicker acceleration, white guages and leds for the background color. flushmount front signals with an intergrated taillight/undertail kit and axle mounted lacense plate. The bike has 30,xxx miles on it but runs very very smooth. the bike has had oil changes at 2500 miles with Royal Purple full synthetic 10w30 every time since i have owned the bike. It has a GYT-R carbon fiber exaust that has a nice deep sound but isnt too loud, not as deep as Two Brothers but about as loud. the bike comes with a matching helmet that is a Large HJC CL-15 Dragon i painted the same time as the bike. there are also aftermarket mirrors (chrome) and a few other small cosmetic mods. the bike has always been stored in a carport with a bike cover. the only flaws are cracks in the vinyl seat and very light scratches on the tank from my tankbag. the bike has lots of power and accelerates very very quickly, even for an R1. it currently has Pilot Power 2CT tires that have treated me well. i am willing to throw in a blue/black Joe Rocket Ballistics jacket. its an XS but i wear a Large joe rocket jacket and its about an inch short in the arms on me. It has a clean title and i have the pink in hand. it has never been stunted or raced, i use it to commute to work and back and will until it sells. if you have any questions feel free to ask, i check my email frequently. i am willing to bring the bike to a serious buyer to see but you will need to pick up at time of sale unless otherwise arranged! |

| stockton - FS: 2006 Yamaha R6S WRB (Central Valley) $6000 2008-09-24 This is a 2006 Yamaha R6S. I bought this brand new in late 06 and have babied it since. The bike has a custom paint job and the color is World Rally Blue to match the car. It has been dropped but was not really dropped while moving. One little wing fairing on the side was damaged and a peg. They were replaced and everything has been painted. It has brand new tires on it, Michelin Pilot Powers and only have about 500-750miles on them. It has about 12,000 on it and has had its oil changed at 500, 1,500, 3000, 6000, 10,000 and will be changed before the it is purchased. Mods: one size taller tire up front, helps a lot on the roads that I am driving on up here. flush mount front turn signals no cut frame sliders rk 520 chain conversion with a -1 front sprocket and +2 rear sprocket. I will also be including the factory chain and sprockets with the sale and they have very little miles on them. Blueflame high mount slip on exhaust leather tank bra rear eliminator with license plate and the turn signals are a little jimmy rigged, lol but they work and dont look bad at all (see pictures) K&N air filter with about 2k miles on it. I paid cash for it brand new and would like $6,000 for the bike and whatever extra parts I have laying around the house, you can have. Also, if you need gear, I have a couple helmets and a couple jackets, a pair of gloves and some riding boots. Depending on what you need, I could throw them in there as well with the sale. I have a Canyon dancer tie down strap that I can throw in as well and use that to transport if needed.   |
