I have a blaster that just had the top end redone. also while it was in the shop they did a leak test and found that the crank seals were bad and that is what caused the top end to go. So I replaced them also. I also had them rejet the carb with with a 290. It has a fatboy pipe and it was ported. I think that is what the term was used at the shop. from what i understand the inside of the jug was cleaned and smoothed out. My kids are bigger now and they need to get something bigger. So I am letting it go in hope that we will get something bigger for them. For a 200 blaster it has get up and go. Who ever buys it will enjoy it for along time to come since this has been with us for awhile.

- 1981 Yamaha XV920 $700
I am selling a 1981 Yamaha Virago XV920 special edition. Engine freshly rebuilt with custom Arias pistons .060 oversized. The bike needs new pipes and the seat needs to be recovered. The bike runs, but after warm up the front cylinder stops running correctly until 3500 RPMs because of lack of back pressure, hence needing the new pipes. Currently it has open pipes on it but it needs some back pressure for the bike to run properly at low RPMs. I have bought another bike and don't need this one anymore. It is a great learning bike, well balanced with plenty of power. Along with the engine rebuild it has a new starting system ($1000 dollars installed) new wiring harnes, freshly rebuilt carbs, and a new rear tire. I am asking for $700 dollars. I have a Buell Blast motorcycle that was shipped from Rhode Island in 2004 and was never registered here. It has 2422 miles on it. Because of California's stupid 7500 mile law, I can't register this bike in California. CA does not allow any vehicle with less than 7500 miles on it to be registered in the state. Soooo. Even though this is a 2002 Buell, it is considered NEW, and California will not allow it to be registered here. It has been stored the entire time, I have the title and all legal paperwork to sell. The only thing preventing the sale is the 7500 mile rule. Bike will need a new battery and a good cleaning. It's dusty but essentially unchanged. It won't start since it's been sitting for so long. It does have the better seat. If you are interested you'll need to bring a truck and cash. Will make a great bike, it's just too NEW to register here. It has to be sold and registered in Nevada, Arizona or Mexico. After the bike reaches 7500 miles it can be registered in California. It's just in a limbo right now. First $1700 takes it. I'm in El Cajon just East of San Diego. Please no requests for making payments, just bring a truck and cash it's well worth it. Thanks.
