All easy projects. This boat should be worth twice this price when complete. I would do it but the kids and I have already outgrown this boat. If you are looking for a good boat for your gas powered motor, the transom will need to be replaced (it's a cut-down 2 X 8) in a year or three. If you are of the electric motor persuasion, the transom will need replacing in about 100 years. Paradise lake is an electric motor only lake, and must be seen. The most beautiful I have fished, and easy fishing. This is a great boat for introducing kids to boating and fishing; play all day, let them drive, and rinse it out with a hose at the marina. Go home with a clean boat. I have many extras that go with this boat, including the padding and covers for the bench seats, and the pedestal seats in the photo. All this and more goes with the boat. The outboard runs awesome and has a perfect stainless prop attached. The boat hauled last summer and this summer got a new make over. The floor was completely stripped and re-fiberglassed and the boat was totally repainted top to bottom. The trolling motor runs great and all the lights work fine. I ran out of steam after all the hard work was done and the boat needs a little bit of carpet and new livewell lids. not much left to do just dont have anymore left to finish. The motor is very well taken care of and runs like a champ. The boat pushes my 16 footer with three large adults along great, the boat steadily runs at 25-28mph going up river.
