We have a mortgage of approx. $32,000 and we really dont want to take on or just trade out for a new payment on a boat right now so we would like to find single level (wife is in a wheelchair, so no steps or stairs on the boat. Usable upper party deck ok, but not main floor or cabin) trailerable patio houseboat worth $25,000 to $30,000 where you would use your boat as a down then either take out your own mortgage or we might be able to work it out for us to carry you for a few years with a balloon.
