Customs seized these products due to the fact Kinroad did not have their DOT Sticker attached at the time they entered into customs, and the Compliance Enforcement Division of the DOT/NHTSA requested that custom force them to be exported back. We have spoken with Customs, and the DOT Dept, which will allow us to ship them to the Panama Free Trade Zone, attached the DOT Stickers and returned them to back to the US and re-clear customs. World Class Ocean Freight, Mr. Dennis Napier - 847-956-7447 or dennis@gowcs.com, will be incharge of the freight forwarding to and from Panama as well as attaching the DOT stickers. The cost of these products is $450.00 ea. for the 49.5cc Four Stroke DOT Approved Scooters and $550.00 on the 200 Model Dirt Bikes in qtys. of 10 units FOB Scotts Hill. They can be picked up or delivered. The deliver time is 6 days, this allows for three day transit to Panama from Dallas, one day DOT Sticker attachment and four days to place on vessel and port back in to our warehouse. Terms are acceptable on these units. Specs and images are attached. The other New Style Model 200GY-3 is available in our CTSI Logostic Warehouse in Carson, CA., they too can be picked up or delivered, at the cost of $550.00. There are only 45 of these units left, 22 Black and 23 Yellow. Both of these two model 200GY Dirt Bikes are OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. LONCIN is the actual manufacture of the West Coast 200GY-3 Model, and is OEM for Chongqing New Era Group. Full Specs and images are included and Parts are available in the US on all models. Waqrranty is 6 Months on Parts and 3 Months on Labor. Service centers will be established through Local Certified Small Engine Repair Shops in Areas that are not presently established. With our company in the process of establishing an assembly/manufacturing plant here in the US, working closely with the EPA, DOT, NHTSA and local ECD, we did not desire for the products to be sold to consumers and further devastate the market. Both of these manufacturers will be supplying our company with components needed, which are produced by Taiwan and China factories utilizing both Honda and Yamaha technology components.
