This 39' Chris Craft 392 Commander is in excellent condition and well above average for her age. This shows throughout the vessel that excellent care and maintenance were always first priority by a knowledgeable owner. The boat consists of a beautiful teak adorned salon that was redecorated in 1998. A full galley featuring a Princess 3 burner stove, Seaward Microwave, toaster oven, and Norcold refrigerator. The galley also features a dual sink and plenty of cabinet storage space. The air conditioned/heated salon features a bar countertop and two stools for seating. Also a full couch (with pull-out bed) and swivel chair at the rear of the salon. The salon also features a glass cabinet with all the master electronics easily accessible. It has a fully Air Conditioned master berth with a queen bed, closet, and drawer's for extra storage. A second birth contains two single bunk beds and closet, which is also air conditioned and contains bedding supplies. The head is extremely spacious and features a marble sink, toilet, and walk-in shower with seat. The engine room is accessible under the floor in the salon and is very spacious, allowing maxim access to both engines.
In 2000, the vessel was completely re-powered, featuring two brand new Mercruiser MPI 7.4 Horizon Engines (454) and a new Borge Warner Velvet Drive Transmission’s. In 2005, both fuel tanks were replaced, due to a leak in one of the original tanks. The generator has been pulled to replace the original support system, with a new support platform. It was also compression tested, tuned, and re-painted. Also, new Raymarine C120 GPS/Radar/Fish-finder was installed, featuring a large oversized color screen for easy viewing. The vessel also includes the Cetek Pilot 730 Automatic Pilot system. The boat is operated, via the flying bridge, which contains two captains' chairs and large padded bench in front.
This is an exceptional vessel for its age and meticulously cared for down to the smallest screw. There is far too much to list and it can only be appreciated in person.
