The boat is in excellent shape for being an 83. The motor is also a 83' but it was rebuilt in the summer of 2003, and runs like a 2003. The trailer is a 1999 venture and is also included. The price is negotiable... there are many extras that are included in the listed price, including a 1999 handheld gps, a 99 hummingbird fish/depth/speed, life jackets, an anchor, lines and other extras. Also in 2003, the seats were re-upolstered, the bottome was refinished and painted, and new plexiglass hatches were installed. This boat is a great all-around vessel, its great for fishing, watersports and just cruising. The boat is welbuilt with a solid deck, sides and gunwhales. The boat is self bailing, which is very unique, and the draft is also fairly shallow. Under full throttle the 175 johnson propells the boat between 38 and 40 mph depending on load conditions. Amoung the extras a "salt-water" washdown hose coil is included, but is not yet installed. All the lights, switches and bilge work great.
