We will take $2300.00/OBO. We were asking $3000.00. It is well worth this price. This is a 1973 40 foot Stardust Cruiser Houseboat. It is set up for an outboard but does not have one right now. The bottom has been painted in the last couple of years. The outside was painted last year and there is new carpet. It will need a new coating on the roof and one corner fixed due to a leak. The plumbing will need hooked back up and it needs a fuse box. It has a new window air-conditioner. We have had the boat for about 2 years and have had a blast with it just being docked. It will also need a steering cable which I may be able to get. If the cable was replaced and an outboard was put on it it would be ready to hit the river. There are no leaks in the hull.
