Well, the family wagon - a 1989 Buick Electra wagon - finally needs to be retired. The major issue is that the gas tank and gas line need to be replaced. However, it was running fine up to this point. The best part of this family member is that the interior is still in very good condition because the seats were covered until a few years ago. We hate to just put this "BABY" out to the graveyard, when we know that there is Buick "Doctor" out there who could restore it back to health, or use it for mutiple organ transplants. Well, the cute things being said, this car is in good working order aside from the gas tank/line. Tan with wood trim (ahh the 80s and early 90s), it has been continually in use/on the road since we bought it and we have been the only owners (nonsmokers) - very well maintained over the years as it truly was the "baby". The car was purchased fully loaded - a/c, power everything, power steering, cruise control...the works and everything still works fine. The original radio was replaced in '97 and the current radio has a tape deck in it.
